We’re delighted to announce that our call centre in Glasgow has been recognised with nominations for both Team Manager of the Year and the Significant Contributor award at the UK National Contact Centre Awards 2022.
Our Operations Director, Jan Baker said: “It is with a great deal of pride we announce that Aaron Bisset and Jacqueline McConnell have been shortlisted as finalists for the UK National Contact Centre Awards, the longest-running and most highly respected programme in the UK.
Our congratulations to Jacqueline in the category for Significant Contributor and Aaron as Team Manager of the Year. Much deserved recognition alongside some of the best in the UK, to name just a few Sage, HSBC, Virgin Media o2, and Bupa. Well done, Aaron & Jacqueline!”
