Your Debts Online (YDO) now provides your invoices, statements and charges by debt

Do you ever get asked what you’re spending on each debt you place for collection, or how much you spend by month, quarter or year? Would it help to have all your invoices and statements available online?

Well, from Monday 11th July you can have online access to our invoices and statements, plus two new reports. The reports show the fees we’ve charged by debt and by period. You can sort and filter each of these and print or download them to spreadsheet. The new YDO ‘Accounts’ information is displayed in the following drop-downs:

• Fees by Debt: Each and every charge incurred on the debts you've placed with us.
• Fees by Period: The same details as above but by time period, month, quarter or year.
• Invoices: All the invoices we’ve raised and you can sort these by your chosen time period.
• Statements: Same function as the invoices above.
• User Guide: A description to help you get the best out of the above.
