University Discussion Forums

Since 2009, we have facilitated 18 University Discussion Forums (UDF) attended by over 400 delegates from more than 50 different universities. Staged at regional centres across the UK, the UDF is attended by our customers with responsibility for credit control, treasury management, SLC co-ordination and finance.

The topics discussed have included:
  • 2012 tuition fee increases and their impact on debt
  • SLC payment rescheduling and reconciliation
  • New Border Agency regulations for international students
  • Sponsor debt from Organisations and Embassies

In addition to the open discussions, specially invited industry experts have attended to give delegates the benefit of their expertise. To date, these have included:

  • UKCISA
  • Travelex
  • High Court Enforcement Officers Association
  • Student Loans Company
  • Institute of Credit Management
